This is possible thanks to the unique design of the filter, the ND grads are clear at the bottom half with a gradual transition of the ND effect in the top half of the filter. Designed for the discerning professional and imaging enthusiast, the Tiffen HT Grad ND Filters feature a low profile titanium finish ring and anti-reflective black lock ring. These High Transmission filters offer the strength of a Titanium coating combined with the purest optical quality glass and Tiffen's Academy-Award winning ColourCore technology. Exposure can be increased by 2 stops to suit individual situations.
