Does this come with a stand?

The Shure SM7B does not come with a stand, this must be purchased separately.

Is a pre-amp required when used with a Rodecaster Pro?

When using the Shure SM7B mic with a Rodecaster Pro, a pre-amp is not required. However, the SM7B is a very low gain microphone and a Cloud Lifter is recommended. This actively increases gain by 25 dB so that you do not have to turn up the gain on the Rodecaster, which could cause an increase in background noise pickup.

Does the Shure SM7B Microphone come with the pictured wind screen and shock mount?

The Shure SM7B does come equipped with a large windscreen, as well as the pictured shock mount.
