How high can I drop this from without causing damage?

This unit has a super-rugged design that will protect your data from a 3-meter drop onto a carpeted concrete surface. Whilst you do have this protective shell, always do your best to keep your gear safe from impact.

How can I format this to work on Windows?

The unit needs to be plugged and then you will need to go to its properties where it will give you the option to reformat the unit. Please note that when reformatting, all data on the unit will be wiped.
