Is this battery charger supplied with the batteries too? Is it available in a different colour option?

Unfortunately, this battery charger is not supplied with the camera batteries. You have to buy the batteries separately for use. This charger is only available in smooth black finish.

Which batteries can you charge with this charger? Is it compatible with EN-EL18 and EN-EL18a batteries?

This intuitive charger is compatible with EN-EL18d, EN-EL18c and EN-EL18b batteries. You cannot use it with either EN-EL18 or EN-EL18a batteries.

How does the calibration function help?

The battery features a smart calibration function, which instantly detects the remaining battery life of each battery and charges the battery with the most power reserve first. This means you get a fully-charged battery in less time.

Can you directly connect this charger to a mains outlet instead of using the wire?

You can use the optional EH-7P AC adapter, which allows you to mount the charger directly to the wall outlet and charge the batteries.

Does this charger have a USB port for charging? Does it come with removable sockets for charging it with region-specific power outlets?

This charger lacks a USB port for charging. Also, this charger doesn’t come with removable sockets for working with international power outlets.
