Built for Purpose

This spotting scope’s die-cast housing is built up of a lightweight magnesium alloy due to its unrivalled strength and rigidity. A non-reflective matte-black rubber armouring then covers the full exterior to provide a small amount of shock and impact resilience, whilst also granting a tactile grip for use in all seasons and a less-obtrusive visual footprint. The sealed optical system is waterproof to a depth of 5m, lending itself to the more extreme naturists among us. Compared to the Apo-Televid 82 mm, this model is more compact, yet still adhere’s to Leica’s high-end optical performance.

The Apo-Televid 65 also incorporates a rotating tripod collar that massively improves versatility and security when positioning this spotting scope for digiscoping.
