Powerful Telephoto Lens
The Vario-Elmar-SL 100-400 f5-6.3 is the widest zoom lens in the SL-system family. To help capture the fast action of sports or the majesty of wildlife, this telephoto zoom lens has a wide focal length range of 100-400mm that lets you quickly adapt to any given situation. 22 elements in 16 groups ensure every frame is high-quality across the entire focal length range as well as the aperture range, which offers a high-performing f5-f6.3 range. An optical image stabiliser makes sure images are blur-free and lets the autofocus focus purely on moving objects.
Flexible and Versatile
Adding to the versatility of the focal length are intelligent design choices and features. The Vario-Elmar-SL 100-400 f5-6.3 sports a detachable tripod base that is Arca-Swiss compatible, letting you insert the lens directly into a coupling system without the need for a quick-release plate. This system saves time setting up shots but still provides a secure and stable hold when using a tripod. A tripod clamp is also included to securely fix the lens at any angle, with the clamp locking at 90-degree intervals to allow quick changes between landscape and portrait formats.
The construction of the lens offers durability as well as flexibility. Its full-metal and dust- and splash-proof housing makes the Vario-Elmar-SL 100-400 f5-6.3 usable outdoors, and Hyrdophobe Aqua-Dura lens coating keeps images looking sharp. The lens’ firmware can be updated through the attached camera, and an 82mm filter thread lets you use most filters of that size to change the look of your shot.

Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR (representative) on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
