Pyro 7 is a 7-inch wireless monitor that integrates the functionalities of TX and RX and monitors all in one. It utilises Auto Dual-Band Hopping (ADH) technology. With 1,300ft (400m) and an incredibly low latency of only 60ms, Pyro 7 supports 2.4GHz/5GHz dual-band transmission and automatic frequency hopping. Its exceptional hardware design enables Pyro 7 to connect one transmitter to four receivers simultaneously, and the convenience of dual-camera monitoring is achieved through customisable shortcut keys. The upgraded HollyOS system also provides enhanced image analysis capabilities and allows for video file export via an external SD card. Pyro 7 is compatible with Pyro H and Pyro S, so you can easily pair Pyro 7 with either Pyro H or Pyro S. This provides greater flexibility and scalability to meet various monitoring needs. Pyro S supports HDMI and SDI input/output and can transmit to up to four receivers simultaneously, with a range of up to 1,300ft (400m) and minimal latency of just 50ms. Pyro S uses advanced Auto Dual-Band Hopping (ADH) technology to ensure reliable transmission and features selectable modes for your real-world shooting needs. Lighter and more durable than traditional models, Pyro S’s magnesium alloy shell makes it easier to carry and handle. It’s ideal for multi-user monitoring in dynamic shooting scenarios, such as film production, live events, and ENG/EFP applications.

Pyro 7's WifiBroadcast technology enables one transmitter to connect to four receivers with stable signals, offering more flexibility when additional monitoring needs emerge on set.

When Broadcast mode is activated, the transmitter can transmit signals to four receivers. When Broadcast mode is deactivated, the transmitter can transmit signals to at most two receivers and two mobile devices.

With self-developed 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Dual-Band technology, Pyro 7 features a stable transmission range of up to 1,300ft (400m). Thanks to upgraded chips and optimized video encoding/decoding algorithms, it achieves a minimal transmission latency of 60ms.

Dual Boost: Less latency and More Stability

Compared to traditional video transmission systems whose range extends at the cost of image quality and latency, Pyro 7 excel with increased transmission distance while preserving video quality and minimising latency.

Smooth Mode: In this mode, the bitrate dynamically adjusts to achieve the lowest 60ms latency for ultra-long-distance transmission.

HD Mode: Optimal for superior image quality. HD Mode guarantees clear visuals, maintaining a stable bitrate of 8-12 Mbps bitrate even at a range of 1,300ft (400m).

The LOS (line-of-sight) transmission range is based on interference-free laboratory measurements. When Broadcast mode is activated, the range reaches 650ft (200m) and extends to 1,300ft (400m) when Broadcast mode is deactivated.

Auto Dual-Band Hopping (ADH) With our developed Auto Dual-Band Hopping (ADH) technology, Pyro 7 operates on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz dual-bands and features intelligent Auto Frequency Hopping, so it can automatically choose the most transparent channel. This feature guarantees reliable and uninterrupted wireless video transmission.

Pyro 7 offers a dual-band transmission solution that addresses common issues such as signal interference, low transmission efficiency, and frequency congestion. The omnidirectional high-gain antennas will also ensure stable signals in all directions. This provides better signal transmission performance and efficiency. With Pyro 7, you won't have to worry about video drop issues any more.

Auto Frequency Hopping

Pyro 7 is equipped with Auto Frequency Hopping technology, which constantly scans and monitors the strength of the signal and interference across various frequency ranges to find the best wireless channel to use, resulting in a more reliable connection.

Precise Image Analysis, Enhanced Your Experience

Pyro 7 offers a convenient custom shortcut key feature that can be used for dual-view monitoring and can also be used to quickly launch Waveform, Recording, Focus Assist and other image analysis functions.

Expanding functionality, Enhanced Features

Pyro 7 supports extended mp4 video recording of up to 40 minutes in a single session using an external standard SD card, allowing for convenient on-site monitoring and increased work efficiency. Additionally, it offers the option to apply LUT during video export. Furthermore, Pyro 7 enables efficient export and organisation of available videos into specific folders, catering to your needs for a streamlined editing workflow.

It also supports importing external devices or taking on-set screenshots, overlaying them with the current recording screen for scene restoration or replication.

HDMI and SDI Input/Output/Loopout

Pyro 7 is the perfect solution for professional shooting and smaller commercial projects. The transmitter features one HDMI input, one SDI input, and one HDMI loop out, while the receiver provides one SDI output, one HDMI output, and one SDI loop out.

Smart Channel Scan.

Upon startup, Pyro 7 automatically chooses a high-quality frequency channel, optimising the user experience from the outset. Additionally, users can activate the smart channel scan function on the device to view real-time feedback on the frequency status, thus ensuring an uninterrupted and reliable experience.

RTMP Streaming
