Can I use this camera if I don’t want to shoot from the waist?

While this camera is designed for that classic waist-level shooting, Hasselblad has modernised this camera for those who are used to the now-standard eye-level shooting with the optional Hasselblad 907X Optical Viewfinder and Hasselblad 907X Control Grip. These extras transform this camera into a more familiar profile and allow for eye-level shooting.

Where is this made?

The camera itself is put together in Hasselblad’s home of Sweden. However, some components may be manufactured elsewhere.

Is this camera weatherproof?

While the camera is built to an exceptional standard, it is not weatherproof and therefore it is not advised that you use it in adverse weather.

Can I use all Hasselblad lenses on this body?

This camera is fitted with and can only natively be used by Hasselblad X-Mount lenses. However, Hasselblad does manufacture adapters that will allow the use of both V- and H- Mount lenses.

What flash can I use with this camera?

The 907X 50C has a pc sync port and comes with all the necessary cables included in the box. This means you can connect any studio flash with pc sync station or radio triggers.
