The DJI RC sports a new design that makes the controller compact and lightweight whilst still packing all the impressive features you’d expect from a DJI product. The antennas are built into the DJI RC and the small body only weighs 390 grams, making it comfortable to use during extended shoots. This innovative design has led to revised batteries that lets you pilot using the DJI RC for an ultra-long 4-hour runtime. The controller gives you enough battery life to shoot at multiple locations on a single charge.

When using the controller to operate drones that support O3+ transmission, the DJI RC can live feed low-latency, 1080p footage at 60fps at a maximum transmission range of 15km. To support O3+ transmissions, the DJI RC has a built-in 5.5-inch touchscreen with a 1080p, 60fps display. The screen also supports brightness of up to 700 nits which makes the DJI RC perfect for reviewing footage as well as checking the camera view. No matter where you’re piloting your drone, you’ll always have a smooth and safe flight.

The DJI RC is designed for effortless piloting, from take-off to landing. The controller is equipped with dual-spring control sticks, letting you control the connected drone and its camera with extreme precision. Thanks to the built-in screen, the DJI RC can directly connect to a drone without the need for a smartphone, letting pilots get their craft up in the air quicker. Also built into the controller is a microSD slot and USB-C port for expandable storage and convenient charging. What’s the difference between the DJI RC and the DJI RC Pro?

The DJI RC and DJI RC Pro share core functions and features, but there are a few technical differences. The DJI RC Pro has a higher screen brightness of 1000 nits compared to the DJI RC’s 700 nits, and the DJI RC Pro supports third-party apps whilst the DJI RC does not. The DJI RC Pro also has four antennas whilst the DJI RC has two.

How quickly can I fully charge the DJI RC?

Using the included USB-C Power Delivery cable, it can fully charge the controller in 1.5 hours.
