Powerful 4K capability: While the original Pocket Cinema Camera offered 12-bit RAW recording, it was limited to Full HD capture. As the name dictates, the 4K model offers this higher resolution while still retaining RAW capture. Unlike the previous model this camera can record directly to external drives via it's USB-C connection.
Improved ergonomics and aesthetics: A massive 5" touchscreen sits on the rear of the camera, and an handy moulded grip is added to aid handheld shooting. A full-size HDMI connector features as well, for those wanting to use external recorders, while improved on-board microphones and a mini XLR input mean internal audio recording will be significantly better than on its little brother.
