Multiple Audio Connections
The Mini Converter maintains the cleanest possible audio signal in sync with the videos in professional broadcast, post and live-production workflows. It lets you separately embed or de-embed the balanced analogue or AES/EBU digital connections. The four 1/4” audio jack connectors can be used for inputting the audio channels, and the 6G-SDI input accepts resolutions up to Ultra HD and DCI 4K.
Easy Control
The built-in function switches in the converter allows you to easily change the settings quickly with no complicated menus to navigate through. The printed diagram on the back of the converter ensures that you don’t have to constantly skim through the manual. Settings can also be controlled via USB using the included software for Mac OS or Windows computers. The USB port can also be used to install firmware updates to the Mini Converter.

What is the power supply required for the converter?
The mini converter requires a 12 VDC power supply with a supported operational range of 12 V – 31 V.
Can it be used to convert audio back to analogue?
This converter is only used to convert analogue signals to digital. It embeds audio onto the video signal and a separate de-embedder can be used to convert audio back to analogue.
Can it detect different signal formats?
This converter automatically detects SD, HD, 2K, UHD, and 4K signals. It detects and automatically switches between the formats.
What is the redundant SDI input for?
It includes a redundant SDI input as a backup option for when the main SDI input is lost. It enables you to run a second SDI cable and comes in handy during outdoor usage where there’s a chance that the cables might get damaged.

Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR (representative) on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
