Collapsible Gimbal Arm

The Collapsible Gimbal Arm offers users easy and compact gimbal storage. The arm is also offset which prevents the smartphone from hitting the gimbal making it stress-free to set up even if using a clip on wide angle or telephoto lenses. In addition to this each motor is designed with a lock to ensure that they are fixed in place when folded. This helps to protect the gears and secure the gimbal for transportation.

Barrier-less Smartphone Clamp

Thanks to the Barrier-less Smartphone Clamp the user can quickly set up the gimbal and be able to switch between horizontal and vertical orientations at the push of a button. Simply press the M button to achieve this. The user still has full, unrestricted access to the smartphone’s port in either mode as well as the access to the charging ports. To install the smartphone the user can simply balance the phone on the gimbal. When using clip-on lenses just slide the phone in the clamp to re-balance it.

Multiple APP Functions

The gimbal offers multiple recording functions which include: static time-lapse, motion time-lapse, slow motion, light field, night view long exposure, Sudoku, auto object track, and face track.

Fully Customisable and User Friendly

The 3XS Lite Gimbal features multiple customisable buttons. The user can easily select and control their desired functions with each button by using the companion smartphone app. All that needs to be done is to press down on one of the customisable buttons. The user can then switch between features such as Roll Following, Face Tracking and more! The handle also includes a trigger button which allows for the use of either the Universal Follow Mode (default) or Locked-down mode (trigger depressed). For advanced smartphone camera control, the user can directly operate the photo shutter/focus, video record, and zoom making filming more hassle free.

Universal Follow Mode

The Universal Follow Mode offers users of the 3XS Lite Gimbal smooth camera movements towards the direction the camera is aiming. This mode is ideal when making several dynamic camera movements whilst following a subject. The locked-down mode keeps the camera locked on a subject while moving the gimbal. Thanks to this the user is able to recreate movements similar to a jib or slider. When using the directional button in conjunction with these modes the user can flawlessly control their smartphone movements. Additional attachments can be added thanks to the threaded receiver providing even more flexibility with shots.

Long Battery Life

The Benro 3XS Lite 3-Axis Smartphone Gimbal can last for up to 24 hours on a single charge thanks to its 2000 mAh capacity battery.

Smartphone App

The Benro Gimbals smartphone app can be used in conjunction with the 3XS Lite Gimbal. The app enables users to calibrate 3XS Lite, adjust parameters, update the firmware, create a panorama, or create beautiful time-lapse with dynamic motion.

Accessories

Thanks to the 1/4 threaded hole situated on the underside of the Benro 3XS Lite handle the stabiliser can be mounted onto a tripod. Other desired mounted accessories can also be added. This feature enables the gimbal to be used hands free when recording a Panorama or Motion time-lapses, as well as during Object or Face Tracking Modes. An external microphone can also be used in conjunction with the gimbal without any interference. The user can mount any compatible 3.5mm (TRRS) microphone onto the handle of the gimbal for high quality audio recording that goes directly to the smartphone. There is also an audio port situated in the handle.
